RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of products, returns or exchanges are not offered or accepted on underwear, swimwear, leotards or intimates. Clearance, sale or promotional items are not eligible for a return and are final sale. No returns are accepted on international orders. 

Return Processing Fee

A flat rate of USD $4.95 will be deducted from the original order amount as a return processing and repackaging fee for orders over $100.

Request a Return

To begin a return request, access the Returns Center portal at wayneunderwear.returnscenter.com. Return requests must be submitted within 31 days of order fulfillment. Orders in excess of 31 days will be ineligible for return/ exchange. International orders are not eligible for return.

Credit

Allow 10 – 15 business days to process your return.

Allow 3 – 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Wrong Item or Size

If we shipped you the wrong item, please email us at customerservice@perrywayne.com. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received along with your order number. This information is important, so that we may assist you with return processing fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return processing charges.
